I've decided on a cane corso which will be joining us in June import so will be cropped and docked very excited

Will it be a pup?Ive seen a few older imported caso's that have come over that have been nearvy bags of shit where theyve had zero socialisation outside their yard.My pal just gave one away that he paid a lump for because as soon as you took it into a different environment it fell to bits.

Feck feeding another dog , just put up a couple of Isis flags .. got the police watching my house 24/7 now ?

I married a Northern lass good with kids bit agressive around house & can cook. No one visits anymore. Atb

If you want a yard dog and something to guard your kennels i personally dont think you can beat a well bred bandog type.Naturally territorial, generally not dog aggressive if properly socialised, physic

would you say in general , that applies to alot of guard breeds .?  i know you see few behind gates or on the end of a  chain , that look impressive , and prob more to joe public, but suppose if somebody just wants a dog to bark or look the part, they prob wont mind . i was watching a vid on youtube  about dogs, that not been trained in p/p work , and the dogs barked a bit , but never took it any further  when the bloke, went in to the property , these by the way were bloke who was used to handling  dogs  guard type breeds .

seen that that on youtube awhile ago myself the fella was relying on the breeding behind the dogs if memory serves me right but the dogs had never been trained to bite and just ran up and barked then he let the two out together and still nothing

even gaurds that will bite with out being trained once they become involved in a fight and are getting hurt they lose the nerve

as for nervous dog for pp work they never really come to anything as soon as you get your pup and get drive built-up and progress into its bite development you need put it in as many different situations as you can with as many destruction as you can and then you can build up fight and pressure but you need to know and understand what you are doing as this can make or break a young dog

My pal who owns a few pp dogs says to this day that some of the best dogs hes seen were when him and his pals were teenagers. They were lads running around fighting with other gangs, travelling all over london jumping on and off of buses and tubes.Right from pups they would run along beside them on their bikes stopping when they got to roads. The dogs couldnt of had better socialisation or environmental training.Wher the dogs were with them 24hrs a day when they got in scraps the dogs would just automatically join in.He says even with all the proffesional training he does these days he reckons he'll never have dogs with as solid nearve and natural ability as they had back then.

he is probably right mate if he done the bite development right ie biting hard with a full mouth and that environmental work he done as a youth and that bonding 24 hours a day now I'm sure with right breed the dog would be unstoppable I've heard off on dog as a 8 week old pup would run and hid under a table but with the right owner and bonding training and development the dog made a top psa dog and earned its psa level 3 title so just goes to show what can be done

Im not a mathmatics expert bit i want to know how jes got 20% pf whatever in there.sirely yo can have 50% 25% 12.5% or if you went 1/2cross to a purebreed 75% but how the f**k do you get 20%

Tried to work it out but it made my head hurt!

Then remembered I had this, that gives you 60% 40% using two types, so to get 20% you'd have to cross with a 50/50, how that fella got 20% withll those breeds the mind boggles, unless he's a maths professor or something
