is it  a (Anatolian shepherd dog) ?  like a kangal   but not as powerful , and different temp,   proper type Kangals   are kept  just as working dogs, not many leave there country .My mates wife from Turkey  and he goes over few times and told me that them ones they keep up the mountains  etc guard there sheep/ goats  are big vicious   feckers if they dont know you , not dogs to mess with .

haha   , how you doin mate  , yeh  i knocked you into the back of the motor   lol,  tha was nice bullx you had that day  very nice, you got  them big wheatenxs  now i think that right ?  you wouldnt need a guard dog with them big big buggers  lol . i like your pup i think it is what i said it is.  i think the  abd x pit  on here that  Aussie wip  keeps  be good guard ,   not to big but big enough to stop most scum trying to break in ,  but suppose nothing stop bullet  if they really wanted to get in. think years ago  i said went to farm not far from  i used to live , to try get some permission  , they had  big black collie x gsd  type thing on chain  , right evil  bloody thing , farmer said it loose at night and it would bite you , it on the chain in the day , so post man etc could come and deliver, i would'nt have liked  like to poach his ground   lol

Once heard a dog in a farm kennel with a booming voice like a rottie, when I walked past it turned out to be a big smooth coated collie strong thing it looked up in the cheviot hills

Well all I can say to that is you've saw shit shepherd mate cause the shepherds I've seen work wouldn't fold at all it's all down knowing what you can do with a dog you see and believe me don't matter how tough you think a dog is there's always away to get round it especially when people train there dogs to rag hell out of a sleeve don't tell the dog to break off and there's more then 1 person against you in the equation  and I highly doubt any proper security force etc would have a dog like that cause if it ever went tits up somebodies for the swing

Do you compete in any competitions or trials with your dogs Penda or do you just do security work with them?
