WINDY

Recommended Posts

Had a few things on my mind and even through it was windy

i went out

i like to walk the fields when iv got a few things on my mind

I find it helps me sort things out any way

rifle was HW100ks 177

pellets were jsb heavy's

scope Photon nv with range finder nv

I set the scope up yesterday at the range out to 35yrds in day light

56yrds was mildot and a half to the back of the range targets

went out to night and she was still spot on (checked zero)

first one was at 40yrds

second 42

third 42

fourth 35 zero

5th,,,, 51 this one had mixi left it for the fox

6th,, 28 lost this one in the long grass (forgot my lamp)

I like the wind if you know how to use it to your advantage it can be a big help

mind at times i could hardly stand up lol

and had to aim off a few well off they did not know i was there .

Im starting to like this Photon a lot and its all down to pav and si For showing me how to use it

and to think my hw100 is only sitting at 10 and a half ftb and she just bowls them over every time

will i give it all up well we will see how it go,s in the next few weeks

You did good in that wind mate, that's if you didn't just sit in the tank around by the caravan area !!

To be honest thats what i was going to do Sean

but to many caravans around so walked the fields and paddocks most came from the paddocks

and down by the goats climbing frame .

and i did not want to park the tank under the tree the amount of branches that were falling off it lol

Nice going, and fair play for getting out in that, I couldn't be bothered so sat on me backside.

one thing though jimmy, I wouldn't leave mixy rabbits laying around, I always dispose of them as it's a sure fire way to help spread it on your perm, I know we won't never get rid of it totally, but every little helps.
