Totally different pistols

the 45 is a beast to master but on good day I can hit 10ps at 20+yds

the 44 is a sawn off hw110 hitting more or less one hole groups at the same distance

going to try it further out tomorrow

its 22 and a very consistent 5.4 fbs

The reason I ask is, I was totally impressed by my friends’ hw45. I shot better with it than any air pistol I’ve ever used. It would be good to see some pictures of targets shot from both pistols. I’ve been pondering an hw45 for a while. The hw44 might be a bit expensive for an air pistol for me? Good as they probably are...?

The 45 I had in 177 was a nightmare to shoot well, I wish I had got a 22 as I understand they shoot better!

I was disappointed as I remembered a friend having one in 17 when they came out and it was mustard and he took many a rabbit with it!

Alot of the issues were the piston seal, it has been replaced with something designed to leak!! Probably a legal measure!!
