Swear this kid lost weight wouldn't eat his mum and dad took turns staying in to watch him as he kept saying he wanted to kill himself. The cops had a record of the text she sent him they had Also spoken to all his neighbours. They never ever got back in touch with this kid to set his mind at rest. Fortunately he better now but his dad says he's a changed kid and terrified that any of his mates find out .

Now that can't be right. 

The above shows how fine a line anyone walks and how easy it is to fall into a trap. Perhaps that girl was a nutter and got a real thrill out of stitching  him up. When we were On holiday out on zante we went on a trip and over lunch we got chating to a couple similar to us. It turns out she was a prison warder. I said I expect that you have had a few experiences with the prisioners. She said that  most of the people inside shouldn't  be in there and that their lack of education had gotten them into trouble. But there was one bloke who had the family farm left to him. A woman latched onto him and they got  married. She then left him, then she came back. They had sex and afterwards he was accused of raping her.  Because he wasn't educated and he thought that they loved one another, he didn't defend himself and ended up inside. Whilst he was inside she sold the farm from out under him. Still she started a  new bank account for him. When he was about to get out she sent him the details of the A/C. In the paperwork was a letter which stated the £250  in the A/C would give him a start !!!! A fine line.  Nothing a 12 bore wouldn't cure.

I once met a girl who had a rape fantasy. Pulled her on Lovoo, got into the sex messages after 5 mins as you do. Cliff got his day in court. He was proven innocent although you can see the effect it's had even here. He's seen as tarnished despite the fact he's been exonerated. Some of the sh*t thrown at him has inevitably stuck.

Out of curiosity how much of all this settlement is coming from the taxpayer?

• Yorkshire Police are on the hook for £400,000 but the BBC are to shoulder 65% of that.
• The BBC is on the hook for £210,000
• There are 'special damages' to be considered on the 26th so the payout could be considerably higher.

Granted Cliff will probably donate that sum but how much of the already £610,000 is from the taxpayer and more importantly how are they allowed to squander this money with impunity?

These initial  figures  for damages are  just the tip of the iceberg. Its the legal costs and the compensation that are going to ramp it up into the millions. Thats another court hearing. And for the bbc to say that they are considering appealing ! No chance. What after the justace dismised their claim that it was in the public interest.

Joe public is going to pay for any settlement anyway. Will just take it out the billions in revenue they extort
