first time brewing kombucha,has anyone tried it before.its ment to be great for the gut.

been doing kefir for few weeks. Had few gut problems see if it helps

i make milk kefir and water kefir, the milk one is the handiest made and has more in it, i like the taste, a bit like butter milk. also started making my own cider vinegar , salsas and sauerkrauts , got the kids involved , they love making and eating fermented dilly carrots, all of them alive and full of good stuff

Does butter milk taste sour and a bit fizzy lol ? Still experimenting with kefir. See the pics of thick creamy stuff but I haven't got that yet

yeah butter milk, is sour milk, my ma used to make us drink it as kids, along with a raw egg, rocky style.  theres a great book called cultured club, i would recommend. milk kefir and cider vinegar, top notch for the mutts too !
