I really want a flowering cherry tree. Had one in my last place was about 20year old and the short time they flower it was a beauty. Had plenty compliments from the neighbour's.

The new folk in the house chopped the top off it!

f***ing sacrilege. Also pulled out an Acer tree.

Got new Acer's when I moved here just need to find the right flowering cherry.

Last year I got a heather shrub in a pot. Never really paid much attention to them in the past but definitely Getting a few other types this year I like them.

No flowers mate and had it for years it does seem to produce more cacti though lol

Pups there called. Removed about 12 last month and put them in wee pots. They have rooted.

Nice one Scot.

Mine grow wild on the property but they spread pretty quickly here. Spring sees the new growth.

These are last years flowers and they're really nice when they bloom, not so much when they die off though.

Always a treat pulling them out of the dog's pads!

Cracking wee flowers on most of the cacti. Spent most of the day in garden transferred my seedlings into planters and hanging baskets.

Even took a walk to garden center and picked up a couple of heather's. There a hardy shrub and once established in a pot look really good.

Like the summer and the garden in its full potential.
