Meece 1,957
Something that hasn't been mentioned is all lf the upheaval and cost involved around this. Who pays for alĺ of the losses that the local businesses have had by being inside of the cordon? Is the blokes car and house going to be scrapped and bulldozed because it could be contaminated. The cost of specialist hospital treatment for them, now and into the future? Perhaps they are being treated as guinea pigs to so what the effects of chemical warfare does to so someone. Sort of out of the defence budget. Are the blokes neighbours allowed back to their homes yet and who paid for the hotel's and everything that went with it all. Where is this woman going to live and where is she going to get living expenses from ? It's not like she had a job here. Perhaps they have a sort of protection / assistant to help them. Salman Rushdie (sp) had a minder for years. Probably still does.

The only ones kicking up about it from what I've seen is PeTA and ironically it was guinea pigs... and a cat. I wouldn't be surprised if the local authority is using it as a learning curve. It's rare you get a chance to use a real event like this for training.
marshman 7,756
I can’t see why so many people are scared of the Russians. They can’t even poison two people properly. my local takeaway has poisoned more people ! Who knew Novichock poison isn’t as affective as not washing your hands after handling raw chicken lol 1
