We had a lurcher out this weekend not my dog just a knock about lurcher mate owns the boy works on site 5 days a week..so dog only worked twice a week every week... sat he retreived 3 grey squirrels we were asked to sort.. he accounted for about 4 rats outa 17 at the phesant pens and 2 rabbits of the ditches on the way to the pens.. sunday he accounted for 4 foxes all in a short period of time infact a pair then 2 singles.. another 3 rabbits while on our way to burrows and then another pair this morning while also retreiving a phesant on way back to jeep.. to me thats a proper lurcher...socks that thing you bred is that narrow one eye would do it... its like an italian greyhound and wouldnt last 3 weeks at real lurcher work.
