A meat you can't get tired of I find...they look delicious.even venison burgers are top class

I love them tougher joints done in a stew in the slow cooker,  I like to use a bit of beef shin in with it too.  or a puff pastry lid and ya have a lovely pie

the secret with version burger is it add abit fatty beef to it when putting it threw the mincer stops it drying out bit salt black cracked pepper sweet chilli I'm butcher buy trade that's all you will ever need to add

Just seen this.

10kg venison

2kg belly pork and cheek.

Mince it

Add a packet of mrs claus miracle mix

Mix right through

Press into burgers.

I cheat and get the miracle mix (cranberry,herbs,spices and rusk)from work and got lucky on an excellent burger press.my son will make about 200 in a couple hours.

Easy as that.

Scobie & junor in Naas (Kildare) sell sausage making spices and skins online if you ever want to experiment with venison sausages. I've a sausage maker (mincer) here if you want to borrow it next time your here. I made 20 pound of sausage with the organic skins last time and they worked out well. Much nicer than burgers. I gave myself a sickener one night when I ate too many burgers too late at night 🤢 So I stick with the sausages now.
