air gun ant 1,666 Posted December 3, 2017 Report Share Posted December 3, 2017 Hi all, recently bought a pulsar xq50f thermal and although I can get it to link to my phone and get the videos on stream vision, I can’t seem to send them via email, message or WhatsApp? It just says this video is to large for email or not compatible with WhatsApp? I basically can’t seem to get the videos of the app and in to my own videos and photos? But I’m not very technical when it comes to things like this lol ? any help appreciated thanks ant Quote Link to post Share on other sites
IanB 0 Posted December 4, 2017 Report Share Posted December 4, 2017 I have never been able to get the stream vision section to work on any unit. The rest of the app works fine for updating firmware, viewing wirelessly, controlling the unit and recording. I think if you have an android unit it makes things easier than apple. I use an apple device and you can install an app called iconv , then when you view the videos on the stream vision app, you can send them to this and convert them to mp4 to send however you like..
