Old Sayings

Recommended Posts

I've heard a few old sayings but this one has me questioning it. Rabbit and sheep dont mix...... I live on the edge of a sheep farm which I'm told used to be moving with bunnys but there are literly no rabbits there anymore? Any ideas or is the saying true? Cheers

I think the saying means rabbits and sheep are not good together as rabbits eat alot of the grazing. It doesn't mean rabbits will stray away from areas heavy with livestock as one farm I have permission on is a sheep farm and it's my best spot for bunnys
