Back At The Fence

Land owner calls... "get your arse over to the cow paddock... plenty of bugs to go at."

James... "sure."

So I head over to the same spot. Bit earlier this time. Had a HFT comp in the morning, nothing serious, so went after that. Shot the recoiling class, but took me HM for the field afterwards.

Thought I'd set up again with me rifle, Scout stick and bean bag. Anything in front at the warren, was dead on me zero. Super. Not a sasuage. Everything popped its head out from along the fence so there all taken standing using the post as a support. Just the 4, but there all decent size, and I'm slowerly chipping away at them. Could of had 5 with the last one at 40'ish paces, but gave to much hold over and clipped the base of the ear... it knew about it too. Shifted like a stabbed rat.

Got a bit snappy happy before hand :)

F'kin cows wouldn't get lost.

Nice going mate , i would really be tempted to stick some thing on the wire fence so the rabbits dont see you come and go

Hmm. Your right. Some nice mesh netting or something would be good. Just leave it there like. I'm not 100% sure the warren will be there in the next year or so but if it Is I'll get on that 1.

Be a good spot for th corvids too baited down...
