Tullylish Working Terrier Club Annual Dog Show this Sunday 30^th July 17

 

Tullylish Working Terrier Club Dog Show and Race Day will be held at Ballylough Road, Gilford, this Sunday 30^th July 17.

 

 

Post Code : BT63 6AB.

 

 

Please Note: There will be a catering van on site and will be serving breakfast from 11.00am

 

***SAME VENUE AS LAST YEAR***

 

Some directions.

 

If you are coming from Gilford:

 

1/

Take the roundabout at Bannvale House Hotel and first road on your left.

 

2/ If you are coming from Banbridge, again go around the roundabout at Banvale House Hotel,and take first road on your left.

3/

When you enter this road,you will see a signpost for Lurgan/Waringstown.

4/

Go down this road for about 3 miles unto you see a Petrol Station on the right hand side of the road.

5/

Just pass that Petrol Station, and about 100 yards, there is a small road on your left hand side called Ballylough Road.

6/

Drive up that road for about 1mile, you will pass a farmhouse on your left hand side, a bit further you will 2 red gates also on left handside.

7/

Just 200yds past these gates you will see the field on your left hand side.

End of Journey.

 

Simulated & Straight Racing commences at 12 O Clock Sharp

 

There will be Showing for Terriers, Lurchers, Whippets and Strong

Dogs.

 

Separate ring for Bull Lurchers.

 

The NI Champion of Champions will be held at this show.

 

Any Terrier or Lurcher that was Champion or Reserve Champion , after the 6th August 16 in the North of Ireland qualifies for this Championship.

 

£50 prize money for each Champion, brilliant Trophies, along with the title of NI Champion of Champions.

 

There will be :

 

Weight Pulling , for Wheatens, Staffs, and Bulls.

Dogs will be weighed on the day for all three divisions

 

This show will be a Qualifier for the 5 Nations Championship for Lurchers at Birr Castle on Sunday 27th August 17.
