Liamboy 1,266
Took my 5 year old for his first proper fishing trip. He managed to get 2 trout and was well pleased with himself. Hopefully the first of many! Edited July 17, 2017 by Liamboy 16 Quote Link to post

Nik_B 3,790
and what a feeling it is for a young lad, most of us will remember it well. I took my daughter at 5/6 flyfishing and a year later she shamed the lot of us and caught a double figure rainbow, I need to find the picture it tells such a story with my old man helping her bring it in and our friends looking on to see what it was 2 Quote Link to post
Liamboy 1,266
I was proud as punch myself and his granda was aswell. Even though the weather was wet and windy he really enjoyed it and is looking to go again. Fly fishing will be next on the list for him once he's mastered the spinning rod 1 Quote Link to post
