Now that reporting restrictions have been lifted Leeds Live has done a pretty decent piece one why TR was carted off.

Why TR Was Arrested Courtesy Of Leeds Live.

No conspiracy. No deep state plot. No cover-up. Just plain old not doing as he was told.

  1. He filmed a number of men entering the court building. A few of these were defendants in an ongoing trial. The reason for his initial arrest was the breach of the peace based on the fear that he was likely to incite violence. The reason he was charged has now been revealed as a breach of reporting restrictions.
  2. Breach of reporting restrictions is a valid contempt of court. It is covered as a substantial risk of serious prejudice or impediment to the course of justice in legal proceedings as laid out in the Contempt of Court Act 1981.
  3. The trial was under a postponement order. This is a fairly common practice in trials where there are multiple defendants and other link trials. It's designed to stop jury contamination with conflicting information. Details can be found under section 4(2) of the Contempt of Court Act 1981. TR admitted this. This is considered contempt of court.
  4. TR was earlier arrested for filming inside a courtroom at a similar trial. Canterbury Crown Court in May 2017. He was given a 3-month prison sentence, postponed for 18 months. Ironically this trial was also subject to a postponement order on reporting.
  5. Friday 25th May he broke the conditions of this suspended sentence by carrying out what was stated in section one. The judge in the case has stated repeatedly that TR's actions could prejudice the trial and he was dealt with accordingly. He did exactly what he was told not to do a year earlier in a similar case by another judge.
  6. TR has admitted he was in contempt of court.
  7. TR's barrister was present the whole time. 16 years experience as a specialist criminal barrister.
  8. TR was sent down for 10 months with his 3 months suspended sentence to run consecutively.
  9. This is exactly what the judge warned him when he was convicted in 2017.

He was arrested, allegedly, because police and councillors are involved in the rapes, thats why there is a complete media lock down.

Actually, when you sit for a couple of days and think all the angles through he has left himself wide open.

I respect what he is trying to do totally and yes it should be highlighted......BUT........

He has left himself open to that accusation that he is just all about Muslims

The government need only make the trial collapse and lay the blame squarely at TRs door and he has the responsibility then if these men walk free

I think he has walked the government into something, but has left himself open for them to walk him into something of their own.

You could pick the bones out of it all day long which is why you really just have to pick a side and say “f**k it, I stand with the bloke” and forget about trying to be too clever.

They're all up to the neck in it, apparently council workers and police officers are abusing these vulnerable kids.

Sad thing about it non of them have been brought to justice and it looks like its not our former deputy council leader who is wrapped up with another sett of Pakistani groomers in Leeds but some one who shares his second name.

It's getting tiresome though having the token Muslim on the radio or TV to speak on these matters.

A lot of Muslims despise maajid and that just shows they don't think along the same lines as him so its difficult to take him as a muslim spokesman hence why i said im not a fan but what he's saying in this clip is on the money so i cant fault him for that.

Saturday 27th an armed man attempted entry to a synagogue outside of San Diego, California. According to eyewitnesses he was armed with an "AR style assault rifle" and 3 people have been injured and one has been confirmed dead.
AR15's are illegal in California. The shooter was engaged by the synagogue's armed security which in this case was an off duty border patrol agent. The shooter fled the scene and gave himself up to LE.
The narrative of this story began as one of gun control but has quickly shifted to that of a hate crime now that more details have come to light. The article is from CNN but pretty factual with what's known at this time. The shooter has broken numerous laws and the bad guy with the gun was stopped by a good guy with a gun.

It's official. American socialist icon Bernie Sanders has officially declared that he's running for commander in chief in 2020. He's raised around $5.9 million from more than 220,000 donors in the first 24 hours, which has trumped even the Donald at this point. Many of those donors are set up for recurring donations that are set to net $600,000 a month.
Last time around there were allegations of hamstringing as despite Bernie's popularity with the American electorate as he conceded to Hillary Clinton despiting winning many of the primaries by a large margin. Looking at Hillary's disasterous performance in 2016 it'll be interesting to see whether Sanders remains an independent candidate or goes full Democrat as the group whittles itself down to a frontrunner.

      Hello,

I am a university student from Plymouth and I am conducting a research project with the aim of better understanding attitudes towards lynx in the UK, now that a reintroduction is seemingly ever more.

I believe that the attitudes of deer stalkers and hunters are important and will provide a valuable contribution to the study. I also believe that it is important that your views are represented as you are a stakeholder group who may be affected by future reintroduction.

If you could take the time to complete my survey I would be extremely grateful, it should take around 5 minutes. The data collected will be treated with the strictest of confidence.

It may be accessed using the link below:

      Thank you
