Yes it does make sense but that still doesn't excuse the tribes, if we are going to do a proper investigation then we need to investigate our immigration process because by the looks of it they would invite Gary Glitter to a kids party!

Difference is it these people would know it is wrong and if they told people around them they would be beaten or shopped or both.

But amongst the 'men' in question, they are following the lead of 'the most perfect man' and it is so acceptable to them,  that work mates and even family members are involved.

What would you do if a work mate came in and said we have a couple of 14 year old organised for a gang bang above Sidique's chicken shop tonight?

1. Smash them in the head.

2. Join in.

3. Keep quiet about it.

It looks like hundreds of men in that community have just taken the 2. and 3. option for many years.
