Don't know about your neck of the woods FD but I've noticed over here when a new keeper moves in and goes flat out with the wires and the lamp when there's a few he can't get, then, he calls for the terrierman. A very good post from FD there I know some who only lamp on a weekend don't bother with snares just shoot the odd one they see when they've a problem they can't catch up with that's when the terriers are brought out.
