a good keeper shouldn't need a terrier man with the technology of today. but we'll done and good luck

How so mate .Keeper near me snares all season ,rifles with night vision yet still we get a few digs after season .Terrier work will always have a place alongside any other control methods .

Had an invite to beat on a shoot today that covers 4 farms one of which I have permission on. I was pulled aside by one of the farmers who I don't have permission off and asked if I would control verm

That's the way it goes.........do a good job and your name gets passed around and permission snowballs............be a tw@t and the reverse happens

you won't get much terrier work through the season when there's a good keeper there with night vision and a field by is bungalow baited.you will maybe get couple of desperate vixens move in end of season looking for peace to bring up a litter

Contrary to belief ,most keepers don't spend all night every night with a rifle and tend to be creatures of habit with wildlife running their lives around the times the quad starts up .

Lee ,your not avoiding the question are you mate .....are you an area rep fmtc.

Don't know about your neck of the woods FD but I've noticed over here when a new keeper moves in and goes flat out with the wires and the lamp when there's a few he can't get, then, he calls for the terrierman.

Pisses me off. Ring the terrierman first.
