Bellman Red Locater Button Sticking

Anybody have red brick bellman and flint locater button that won't turn on unless you force it with a stick or bar? Is this common and if sent back under warranty will the new one do the same? Major problem considering the price tag you expect better.

Yes I had the same problem with mine, I emailed them them they told me to send it in they repaired it and had it sent back within days free of charge, must be a common fault.

I had one exactly the same, it's covered under their extended warranty, you've got five years with the button and LED's.

I've had the same, and they sent me a new box no questions asked, the new one started doing it and I sent that back last month, being an idiot I didn't sent it recorded, I sent it first class and it got lost in the post!! So I had to buy a new f*#er, lesson learned send it recorded!!!!! ?

I've mine 18 months it's not a bad idea sending it recorded. How long does it take for replacement.

For me a recorded post is a must, as I'm 250 quid down because it was lost, that's a lie I got 23quid of Royal Mail, ? Only a couple of day you'll get a new 1,

As Dan said ,recorded delivery is a must as it your only guarantee its been delivered .

Pour boiling water over the switch as it softens up the hard rubber then turn on and of the box about twenty times this worked for me

Mine was the same sent it to them and got a replacement within a week that was 12 months ago now this one is doing the same and one of the LED lights has stopped working

They dont do the pieps anymore as far as Im aware.
