Rez 4,957
There might be something cheaper than a S&B... To be honest... Nothing like dropping on glass worth more than the rifle. Quote Link to post
gamerooster 1,179
My mate had one on his 22lr, cracking scope though as rez said a little to much for my wallet Quote Link to post
walshie 2,804
I've got a S&B 6x42 on my rimfire. Picked it up for a decent price second hand. Quote Link to post

walshie 2,804
Don't know how much they are new, but picked mine up off here for about £200. Well worth it. Quote Link to post

Didn't really think of the second hand market. Just know benders are, to be honest, people that live in manors equipment. That's sounds nothing like it as meant. It's there own fault with such a name Quote Link to post
tomburras 2,721
Something like this?..... http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nikko-Stirling-Nighteater-8X56-Mil-dot-Riflescope-/262678482644?_trkparms=aid%253D222007%2526algo%253DSIC.MBE%2526ao%253D1%2526asc%253D20150519202351%2526meid%253D1fcf106caaf04fea8697d8058e0276b9%2526pid%253D100408%2526rk%253D1%2526rkt%253D4%2526sd%253D262631259522&_trksid=p2056116.c100408.m2460 Fixed power, mil dot and a nice big objective lens for low light. Cheap too. Quote Link to post
jonnie bravo 572
You don't necessarily need a big objective lens for low light, just a good sized exit pupil. A 4x32 actually has a bigger exit pupil than a 6x42/7x50/8x56. That doesn't mean to say you will be able to process such a large exit pupil, but a 4x32 would give you a larger field of view and be a lot lighter. 1 Quote Link to post

I went to my Shooting club and asked if anyone had a scope for my new rifle up for sale, one guy had 10 for sale, all S&B Must have had about £15000 worth! All right for some! Quote Link to post
