Dan25 87 Posted September 9, 2016 Report Share Posted September 9, 2016 Well lads I've tried pretty much everything else but I can't get good recall with my dog I've had her 3 years she's a cracking dog but just can't sort recall out she's good with everything else she's just so keen I'm thinking of trying an e collar and see how it goes anyone else used these with any success thanks Quote Link to post

joeb8866 303 Posted September 10, 2016 Report Share Posted September 10, 2016 I just had one off ebay, cracking bit of kit. I use it for stock breaking and re call very rarely need the shock. Once they know the beep from the collar thats usually enough after a couple of whacks. Vibrate function on them works well too! Quote Link to post

bhawk 64 Posted September 10, 2016 Report Share Posted September 10, 2016 I always vibrated the collar before a shock, now the dog gets a vibrate and he will stop whatever he is doing. You can find them on ebay for 15 quid roughly. I tested it out on myself first, only fair to know what im doing to the dog, i changed the settings so they get enough of a shock to stop them but not so strong you really hurt the dog.
