Sparrow Hawk, Wants Stuffing

I don't know what the law is on this but if it's legal, a friend of mine had a male sparrow hawk fly into the window were he works, it died instantly so he stuck it in the freezer, and would like it mounted, would anyone like to do it I could put you in touch, it's in Bristol if that makes any difference

Why not? All he has to do is apply to DEFRA for an article ten giving the circumstances date and where it was killed and they will give him an article ten for the bird.
