One of the best ways to exercise the dogs in my opinion is on the beach when the tide is right out...letting them stretch there legs on warm days in the deep sand and burning there muscles and lungs then there the sea water to help cool down on these days. Literally over an hour of non stop running about.

Great exercise .

yes it is max, it's all good fun aswell which makes it better. Running free for over an hour, with the dogs enjoying themselves is up there with the best exercise i could give them.. It Keeps these saluki types stimulated and there minds ticking over haha
