Yup, PGR is big money, smalls (non dispensary) are cheap in cali, you can pick it up for a grand and a half a box in cali, its cheap because there's a glut and people don't want smalls, the same stuff in the UK is fetching 8's a box because its genuine cali so has some mystical rep.
