After the great victory over the EU, which was totally his really, yes I'd wank him off

With UKIP and the referendum and what's going on with Corbyn and Labour the people are finding their voice again, no matter where on the political spectrum you are that's a good thing

IF Ukip get a very strong character as leader they could become Britains number two party over the next five years. labour doesn't know what it's doing, the Lib Debs are a dead parrot, so it's all to

This really is shameful, he agreed to resign as an MEP if he was elected to the assembly and now he's actually faced with losing his MEP salary and expenses he's trying to back out of it

Looks as though all the party's are imploding.

Who's behind trying to get rid of Gill? I don't care what he may have said he is a great guy and if the red Kippers want to remove him then they'll go without my money. Same if they give that traitor Carswell or Evans anything other than being shown the door.

Memebers of the NEC are resigning in protest over Woolfe being excluded.

You certainly can't say British politics is boring right now

To be honest, if there ever was a 'best' time for Ukip to be in upheaval then this is probably it.....because everyone else is in the same boat. However, that said, this is also the very best time for Ukip to surge forward, if they can get their act together....

If there was going to be a problem with Wolfe's background this should have been brought up a long time ago. .....

maybe Farage is going to have to step in and sort things out? who knows eh?

Couldn't have put it better myself  this is probably the least damaging time for it to happen while the press and public are distracted by Labour and the infighting that you know will be kicking off in the Conservatives once Brexit negotiations start but it's also a time when they really should be taking advantage of the post-Brexit boost in support and Labour being in disarray.

Seems this is down to Woolfe's plans to go after Labour on economic policy, something that won't appeal to a lot of the old UKIP guard.

This is going to get seriously bitter..

Arron Banks, UKIP’s largest donor, says he will call an Extraordinary General Meeting to effectively abolish the NEC and reshape the party’s entire structure. Banks says Woolfe is the victim of a “coup” attempt by allies of Neil Hamilton. Raheem Kassam, Farage’s former chief aide, threatens:

“If Steven Woolfe is kept off the ballot for spurious reasons, I will declare full scale war on UKIP, using all the assets and sources at my disposal to topple the Tory establishment that is trying to take over the party. That’s a warning and a promise.”

It was a real short-sighted move letting Tory MPs in UKIP/Tory marginals cross the floor and stand for UKIP IMO. They gained their only MPs (then lost one of them straight away) which doesn't really mean much anyway when they've only got the one but all they've brought to the party is disharmony..

Kick the Tories out and get back to a grassroots movement building on the momentum already generated and then in 2020 they'll have a few real UKIP MPs in parliament not a lone Tory in a purple rosette.
