Here`s a photo of what i`m up against and winning the battle well with the .177 cal and it`s flat trajectory.post-85710-0-34119900-1461871118.jpgpost-85710-0-70268900-1461871148.jpg

The middle tree is lazed to 53 yds at the heights.

It`s awesome to shoot a pigeon with good shot placement and watch it just fold and fall from these heights.

What you getting per bird? Though about contacting my local game dealer about my activities and was unsure about pigeons. I knock off rabbits at 50p a go to the local game registered butcher, he sells um to a pie shop for a fiver and they sell um in pies for 18 quid! Something wrong here :)

I get different offers from different people, ie birds of prey keepers, private house holds, ferret keepers , a couple of chefs ( country pubs) etc but usually can manage £1 per pigeon untouched.

Rabbit £3/£4 each gutted and coat still on.

Any less than that they can pick them up themselves.

"The freshness of the eyes" is very attractive for a quick buck,£, - unfrozen !

Bloody good shooting there Mark.

Not easy with the difference in trajectory due to gravity and the fact that those top branches will be waving around. You clearly know your kit inside out pal.???
