I have two pups left out of a bitch I've had imported for solvakia. They mother and farther both have 1st class passes on flushing fox, boar, and tracking deer. There is one bitch pup and one dog pup. Bitch £850 dog £800. I am only advertising on here as have had inquires about a bitch pup which was not available but a lady has just dropped out. I payed £700 for a Czech import pup a couple years back, unfortunately due to work at the time I couldn't keep him and had to let him go. In 5 years time I'll be looking for another! You get what you pay for, the shite show bred ones bred in this country go for the same price of not more! Good luck with the sale

Saying that £850 for the start of a UK breeding program sounds ok, that's if what you want.

I know what your saying Lee . But this is not a working terrier . If you've been given a working terrier of people who have been given the parents grandparents etc . Then you was to sell them then your taking the piss in my eyes . But when you've got out and paid good money for something I.e labs pointers teckels cocker's . Then I think your well with in your rights to ask for that money back . I've got my drahthaar from Germany 1300 imported then I've had to get the paper work over here she set me back 1400 . I'm off back to Germany 3 times to do her working test because the Germans do it right not like this country . By the time I've finished my bitch with of cost me nearly 4500 . Then I have to travel back to Germany to use the best stud dog cost me another grand so I'm at 5500 . Then I've got to rear them get paper work etc . Am I a c**t if I charge a grand for them pups . Why should I give them to joe blogs down the street who's sat on his his lazy arse who wants all what I've done put in the palm of his hand for nowt .

This site is getting worse for all the keyboard warriors just coming on moaning about peoples posts and prices on dogs they sell, its getting that everytime you look at someones post in the for sale section you have other people coming on trying to cause argumants or slag peoples prices. Shawly it upto the owner of dog what they want to charge and if someone is willing to pay that they will and if they not then it doesnt sell simple as!.

Well said. Its not cheap to get the rights dogs. For me it's more than just a dog I can dig to its a bit of a passion for the breed. Keeping good working lines over here in the uk and enjoying watching them work in there own way. But the point is if you don't want one I'm not forcing anyone. I wasn't going to put them in here as have sold the rest with out advertising. A few men off here had been asking so I thought it's a hunting site so would find them good working homes. But no as I thought you get the boys who are just know everything and don't want to pay for anything. Shame cause it's boys like that that sadly ruin this site and keep good dog men off here.
