I think they are a bit fox like in that they kill more than they eat, and talking of cuckoo's got a bad picture of what I think might be one?

in a bear tree with mistletoe that's likely to be a mistle thrush or similar mate.

You could be right think its a bit early for cuckoos, it was quite a distance away I will find outΒ

could be a mink.....put some sand traps down by waters edge and check the paw printsπŸ˜‰πŸ‘
