On the Coast today at Slapton Sands some plants I didn't know. Had to look them up. I might have seen the poppy before but don't remember seeing the other two and there were loads of them.

Vipers Bugloss. With I think some trailing wild Geranium underneath I think.

Another weird looking one called Henbane.

These were right across the valley near Widecombe in the Moor. Must be a mile as the crow flies, but I was chuffed I spotted them. The first photo is 24 x zoom.

The second is using some thing call intelligent zoom all I had. Which is probably just digital zoom, I can't remember. Pretty poor really job to hold the camera still at that range.

I find with my bridge camera when I use the digital zoom I have a job holding it still and you have to half pull the trigger to focus, oh and here are some geraniums (meadow cranesbill)
