Sportdog are a really good reliable collar, ive the 750 here... Downside is it was that pricey i wont ever lend it to no fecker but it saved the life of a dog whom i could not stock break to horses no matter what i tried.

Surely as a last resort it's an avenue worth exploring?

 

The fellas using the shock collars are trying to do right by the dogs.

 

If they had the dog put to sleep or rehomed it because of its problems then you would have something negative to say then aswell wouldnt you?

Can't recommend these enough and at £45 quid you can stick it in a draw and forget about it once your sorted.

What's a shame, he wanted a shock collar and now got one

I want to hire 1 katchum.but as the saying goes you pay for quality so I was under the impression that I needed to spend £150+ for a decent 1 but have heard they can be hired for £30 to £40 for a week.and only a week it will take to sort the dog out.ive had loads of good info posted on this thread to make my mind up which way to go.

And appreciate that.

Unless you know another good proven way to sort my dog out.
