No need for filter when hangin out motor window they dont get far lol

Never I've tried every colour you can get and bloddy hate them I could never get used too them

Always use one round my if i lamped without one wouldnt get close enough for a run very lamp shy. blitz lamp ive adaped the lamp so filter flips up and down over wise used to take ages cliping on and

This is what I'm saying , the "beam colour" is harder in red to see. If your looking straight at the reflector then maybe the red is more noticeable.

1million candle power of red vs 1million of white that's a fair comparison , but 1million candle if white with a dark red filter is totally different.

I'm always right. Apart from this time it seems :laugh: I read somewhere its all to do with rods and cones and the wavelengths of colours but can't find it now so I must be wrong ..
