first week in December had 2 milky does, over Xmas magpies and crows paired up, rookeries very active, skylarks singing and tits and tree sparrows checking the nest boxes out, we need a good cold snap to sort nature out for the time being

but on a brighter note when the water recedes the cover will be flattened

In my opinion you have got to have cold winters to keep on top of mixi, because it just seems to come out of nowhere and spread like wild fire when you have mild winters

out on sunday got 13 but 2 were full of young ;(

Young in most of them today some ready to drop , small stingers still around and hedge rows are sprouting. Bumped into some mates while out today they reckoned they bolted young last week.

 

Think farmers will be growing rice next year and rabbits will have webbed feet.

Out every weekend n ireland might as well play in mud so much rain but plenty bunnys about all my Jill's are in season already so climate is messed up be finishing to next season soon only saw maxi once this season
