Say you feed beef your dogs gettin over 240 grams of protein over 24 hours there lol and that's without all them biscuits what are they 24% that's a lot for his system to take In mate, a predator such as a wolf or a lion can eat a lot of meat in a sitting but they don't do it everyday I know you say you adjust to his work ethic but still, a human can only digest 40 grams of protein at a time can't we not sure about dogs and although very different we weigh a lot more than them don't we watch his liver n kidneys etc pal..

Not knockin you or tryin to teach ya granny to suck eggs just find it interesting ; )

like you say predators like a wolf lion etc can eat alot of meat in one sitting and dont do it every day. they hunt to survive the difference with my working dog is hes not just running making his kill and eating it to survive he is subjected to multiple runs most night of the week so he is burning alot of energy.

in my experience a dog that has a good meat supply in there diet does have just that little more in the tank than those dogs fed on just dry food on those hard long nights that can sometime happen. i think that dry food is important just to ad stuff that meat alone wont provide.
