Dog Walker Killed My Sheep

Recommended Posts

My mother in laws dog killed a sheep once. She was mortified and went to see the farmer straight away to confess. She paid 250 for the dead sheep and promised it will never happen again. Suprisingly the farmer was pleased she told him. Maybe the wad of notes in his hand. If u do catch her bleed her dry. Accidents happen but running away is a bit sly

250 sovs!!!!.......f**k me, I bet he wanted that mutt round killing sheep every week !!

And for all this saying "shoot the dog" blah blah.......shut up ya f***ing idiots and behave yourself !!!

As down south rightly said, it happens and it's not really the dogs fault......it's a shame the sheep are dead and it's a shame the owner ran off and didn't try to compensate you.

That's not right.

But all This kill the dog shite is bell ends talk !!

That's got to be the winner of stupidest post of the day. Most dogs that haven't been stockbroken will chase or kill sheep it's a natural thing for a dog to do it doesn't mean they're all going to star

F*ckin hell this place is classic isn't it.   Few obvious things   - not every dog that kills a sheep / cat / bites another dog etc is a potential child killer, you've been reading too much of the

If dogs seen in worrying sheep on our land its shot simple as that

That's fair enough, there's not much else you can do if the owner isn't around but I read a post earlier suggesting the dog should be destroyed as well as getting compensation......that's bollocks !

My big dog leathered one of my goats the other week, it's not his fault as the area I came from was all arable so he has never seen stock other than what he got pointed at on a slip.

He is worth more to me that a thousand f***ing goats so I put it down to a mishap and improved my precautions.

Just train your dogs correctly and it won't happen.....and if it does you put your hands up and apologise. If you loose a dog then it's yourself that's too blame.
