I'm not convinced that tubes are any faster than Theraband, but perhaps this set up is. I tend not to worry too much about that, as long as I can target shoot accurately and have a small game hunting capability- so somewhere between 200 - 300fps is fine with me! I find tubes quieter to use and easier to set up than flat-bands; they also seem to last longer. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
