Gamo Gun Buddy Airgun Sling

Recommended Posts

I've read one review that says it will slip off a smooth wooden stock. So you might need to nail it in place... :icon_eek:

Plenty of other reviews online, most people seem to like it, even if it moves around a bit because it relies on friction to stay in place.

I use a circular Bisley sling swivel on the cocking lever of my 97, then clamp the back end of the sling under the butt pad, after melting a hole through the nylon material so the lower butt pad screw can pass through it. You could do the same with a break-barrel. I put insulating tape under the sling swivel to protect the blueing.

I agree with Coypu Hunter's, choice here, I never had a moment's trouble with fitting Bisley sling swivels to my HW spring rifle and QB studs to my Daystate Regal. A little insulation tape under the swivel for the barrel makes a snug fit and cushions the grip against the blueing.

You have a top quality spring rifle with your HW95. Never spoil it with cheap accesories that can turn out naff for it.
