Anyone been to Peover today? The Cheshire angling and game fair.

It was a lot better than I expected. Plenty for the kids, lots of stands and plenty of good food and drink.

We had a good day...

Nice to have a face for the name Bosun. I didn't realise it was lads off here running the show, I personally thought the terrier judge did a stand up job.

Lol at Ross.

You aren't wrong whippet99. They ain't a cheap day out. £20 per car to get in, £6.50 for a burger, £5 a pint. There's £50 before you buy anything if you take missus and/or kids.

I've had a few bits of clothing. Reckon I spent £120-150 all in.

Navek - I only went one game fair last year. Like you said, been one, been them all, but this was a really good day today.

Yeh spot on whippet99. I will never have much money, but I spend a lot and we are happy.

I didn't take the pup Navek. Never taken my dogs around the game fairs. I know lots do, but I imagine it's a very stressful affair for them. Loads of unfamiliar people, dogs, food, noise. Plus the sun beating down.

The brindle bitch would be okay. She's rock steady. But would struggle to come last at a show. She's pig ugly. Lol.

If the pup steadies up then I MIGHT take her the midlands in September. But we will have to see.
