Its not fair the big lads get away with it sir? If they don't care, I don't care... Grow up am rise above it, or say nowt an go about your business lol

that's what I do the ban has never affected me and if the truth is known it hasn't affected the biggest part of running dog men atb

What a small minded, ignorant view. All fieldsports, especially all working dog sports MUST stand together. The way things are going it won't be long until it is illegal to hunt a rabbit. May I refer

I'm one of those " hunt boys" hounds, terriers and fox hunting is my job day to day it's what I get paid for and what keeps a roof over my head, I keep Lurchers and ferrets because I love rabbiting in

The difference is the hound and terrier men don't post all over the Internet how many fox they have killed !! You get a lot of boys with lurchers not dogmen a far cry from that but as I said boys with

Well weve all had the group hug and all stand together posts, but the question is,If this amendment was to legalise coursing again, does anybody think the Hunts would be prepared to stand shoulder to shoulder with the coursing lads and support them with the same vigour? :hmm:

Lurcher men should boycott any support of the amends, untill they offer back a full repeal why should we waste are time and money into amending something that would have abosaloutley 0 impact us what so ever and if the amendments had of gone through tommorow we would of never of heard of a repeal again the huntsmen would of been keeping there heads down! If they want us to fight for them they need to give us something to fight for

I'm one of those " hunt boys" hounds, terriers and fox hunting is my job day to day it's what I get paid for and what keeps a roof over my head, I keep Lurchers and ferrets because I love rabbiting in my spare time (which is few and far between come the hunting season) Coursing doesn't interest me just in the same way that shooting doesn't but I'd stand beside any fellow countryman for his right to hunt humanely and within the realms of my own moral compass. I'd never wish to see any other form of hunting sacrificed for the benefit of another and if I was approached by a comrade who's particular field sport is different to mine and asked to help out I'd be the first at the front of the queue willing to do whatever is required.

Looking at the facts about the now postponed amendment it was never really about the mounted packs, it was about the sheep farmers and the upland gamekeepers it was the antis who pushed the nonsensical headlines and made it an instant class war and unfortunately through the media it turned into foxhunting this and foxhunting that.

Well said Mr Duke, and IMO anybody in your shoes would say the very same.

There's folk coming on here complaining about folk who they think are pro some fieldsports and anti other fieldsports when they are doing exactly the same thing.

That makes them hypocrites, exactly what antis are. They're no better.

The reason why hunting with dogs is banned because of people riding foxs in to the ground just flush it put lurcher on it job done aint hard

It's banned because of chippy class obsessed socialist arseholes, getting one over on the 'toffs'

I'm not sure about that Malc, just think about it. Before the ban, how many people got their car crushed, livelyhood destroyed, banned from an area, put on house arrest with an ankle band, dogs destroyed etc?????? It's not just fen coursers either. In some areas you've only got to switch on a lamp to have a "swat team" appear, even if you're on permission.

How many would have even thought about ringing the police station for an incident number before going lamping? That's what it's like for some now.

Keep calm and carry on for sure but the ban definately made a big difference for a lot of lurchermen.

The difference is the hound and terrier men don't post all over the Internet how many fox they have killed !! You get a lot of boys with lurchers not dogmen a far cry from that but as I said boys with lurchers putting stupid pictures on social media holding deer fox and hare and using slang like bambi red and long ears as if the police don't know what that means !! Also hunts are usually on permission where as boys these days will drive around lamping any old place ! I'm not a hunts person by the way I got nothing to do with hounds and a pack I have lurchers but that is the reality of it !! Their are some really good honest dog men with lurchers but they are by miles out weighed by muppets with lurchers and new dog every other week!!
