salclalin 240
A mate has just rung me with a question that's got me Baffled. He has two jills with Kits a week old.But they have both come back into season. Both of us have kept and worked Ferrets for over 35yrs.Neither of us have heard of this before.Any of you Lads/Lasses experienced this before? jennym 39
Never heard of that before, their seasons are usually stimulated by length of daylight i thought, never heard of them coming back into season straight after litter. Will watch this thread for answer. Sorry couldn't be any more help. Quote Link to post
salclalin 240
Both jills have 7 kits each.So not a small litter.I was talking to another mate yesterday. He said that he had a similar incident a few years ago.The jill in question then had kits that were 4 wks old. Quote Link to post
The one 8,396
Never had them come back into season while they had kits but there coming into season 4/5 times a year now it seems to be the best idea keeping a snipped hob in with the jills full time Quote Link to post
