Make sure it's got a rifled barrel, some are smoothbore.

As in no rifling at all,So the pellet is shoved out with only the choke to stabilise it?( if it even has that)How accurate are they do you know?

Some had no rifling, made for countries that don't allow rifled barrels and for fairground guns. They'll be ok at short range but without the spin imparted from a rifled barrel, the pellets won't travel far before they lose stability and start to tumble.
