davyt63 1,845
he needs to try a few out first, but you wont go wrong with AA & HW 5 Quote Link to post

RodN 41
Absolutely nothing wrong with going for an HW97KT in my opinion. Buying one with the synthetic stock brings the price down quite a bit. Cheers Rod Quote Link to post
Newlife2 55
HW95 ,lighter ,built strong, and very accurate. Cheaper too. Quote Link to post
Coypu Hunter 486
HW85, same action as the 95 but with good open sights, and cheaper. Lighter than the 97 too. Quote Link to post
pianoman 3,587
he needs to try a few out first, but you wont go wrong with AA & HW He won't Davy. But, if I know farmers, paying for one of them might be another matter.... Regards. Simon Quote Link to post
WhiteRabbit 112
I guess if budget is something to go by and perhaps purchasing brand new, i think BSA is a modest company for springers. However, theres plenty of used rifles out there (check classifieds) and theres certainly a lot of "bang for your buck" (pun not intended) 1 Quote Link to post

Bammers 2
get yourself a tx200 cant go much wrong with one of those, the wheirauchs are very good guns but for me Air airms is the winning ticket Quote Link to post
jonnie bravo 572
Love my air arms pro sport but it's pretty heavy, not bad for prone but a bit of a pain for standing shots. I think the next rifle will be a tuned hw99 .177, the prosport sits at 4.1kg the hw99 is apparently 3.2kg Quote Link to post
