Only in that the coursing bred dog has more bone is less likely to get injured, obviously not as fast as the race bred dog but can't turn aswell as the coursing dog I think that she is too fast and overruns game, majority of catches is made by coursing bred dog but race bred beats it on the run out, hope that makes sense. I don't know many people with the direct comparison ive seen that scenario many times. the faster dog get a turn on it then the slower mutt scoops it up. i had a collie cross years ago that always looked good when ran with a faster dog. 3 Quote Link to post
