What does bringing boar to bay come under?

Flushing to the gun, schedule 1 exempt hunting subsection 1, Stalking and Flushing out.

 

My understanding of the scenario is that the intention wasn't to bring the boar to bay, but to flush it out from cover to enable it to be shot. As a consequence of that, the boar was bayed up.

Guy int pub is asking what is the law? Sure a dog can grab a wounded tracked deer? Was the boar tracked? Dogs used to flush it to gun?
