Bedlington X Grew

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

I'm looking for a bedlington x grew to add to my team. Basically wanting a 19"-22" dog with plenty of early pace and drive. I like that bedlington x hunt up as well. And I love a hairy dog.

Don't mind dog or bitch. Would consider anything up to 6 months old.

If anyone hears of anything, please let me know here or by PM.

Cheers.

In Yorkshire pit villages a Whippet x GH has always been called a Grew, very popular with miners as some could pick up Hare's as well as Rabbit.

I used to do the same Gafer, day,s, nights & afters, but as you say, every miner did back then, no mobiles, no helicopters, happy day's, lol.

That seems to be thing about this breed there not scared to get stuck in my we bitch is due in season soon and if it does happen will let you know

If you get hold of a good un they make fantastic dogs

I had an excellent dog. I took him all over the UK as well as to the continent. He hunted all manner of quarry and never let me down. Unfortunately he died. So I am looking for another bred the same way.

I am glad they worked out well for you. That would be too big for me though. I love little dogs.
