That the only way to keep the Gos feathers good with the loop perch.

I actually keep my imprint freelofted all year round.

Feather damage is never an issue with her.

 

Yeah I've heard people freelofting I would be a nervous wreck as she beats at anytime that fly's passed her went bowed out .so the thought of it in a mews would end up a dead Gos.

Well after spending a good few weeks on rope pulls me and the mate went out for a rook to see if she'll get one and seen this grey back sitting close to a hedge and let the Gos see it and took off aft

Thank you as she has done me well in the Three months I've hunted her and I've aimed to get her entered on birds this year and it happened maybe not many birds .but I look at it I never got any birds with her in her first year .

Great thread, seeing how you've had a goshawk lamping has been interesting and something I haven't read about being done very often.

Thank you I'm looking into get a camera next season to mount on its back to see a bird eyes View of chasing it's quarry.as not many people has done these with a Goshawk.
