saluki174 266 Posted February 22, 2015 Report Share Posted February 22, 2015 Bulldozer = Forley finalist 1st year forley champion 2nd year 3rd year fur cup champion and permo cup champion finalist, which was cancelled,unbeaten 25 matches,missed 1 or 2 hares in 25 matches, how many hares has he killed over the course of these matches, not counting the hares he's killed when just out for fun,he'll be put in comps again next season and no doubt add too his long list of achievements, this is a proven dog of the highest standard, don't ye think Lucas = 1 match, ran 3, killed 2 = Draw Lucas has won nothing, not as much as a single match, if I'm wrong please show me, this is not crabbing it's just facts. Bulldozer has won everything and hasn't been beaten another fact So lads how can any compare, So to be a great dog you have to match it ?? I don't think so plenty of very good dogs past and present were never matched.... a top dog in my eyes just has to kill more than they miss every time they step out on the land Nans pat said JKs young bitch Kim killed 4-5 on heavy going yesterday Lucas killed 3-4 the day before on the black at 8 year old......that not what I said, I've seen some top class dogs run that have never been matched, but I wouldn't try compare them to dogs that have won numerous events, this topic is about 2 dogs, people are trying to compare a dog that has done nothing with a dog that has won everything, I've just clearly pointed out the difference between these too dogs, which by the way is a massive 1,,,,,,and theirs nothing you or anyone can tell me about Kim, I bred, reared and trained her,she was killing hares with me from day 1,I gifted her too a mate when she was 16 months because I have her sister Sandy which I'm very happy with,this is Kim's first season and her first time in England and she killed 4/5, she did really well and will be even better next season, but she couldn't be compared yet to a dog like bulldozer that has done it year after year, it's common sense 1 Quote Link to post

So because he never won any comps does that make him a bad dog. My point is bulldoser couldnt beat lucas. He beat every one else.Nipper along with his sister Foxy were on a different level, Gary is an absolute gentleman that never needed to bum up Nipper like a lot do on here, I've about 20 hours of footage of nipper and all the greats, I've a DVD of Lucas and friends also and trust me there's a big difference between the dogs,,,,,,would you think Lucas is anything like nipper or foxy Quote Link to post
