My last days hunting with him, he was as good as they say with both terrier and spade..............his people skills needed work though ?

I no longer post to this site, however I watch. I saw Smithy several times at work, he was a  very big lump of a dog. Not kept at a sporting weight as he was always kennelled,  tall as yr knees. I saw

Late 90's granddaughter of smithy most of my stuff is down from her.

Make me laugh the dog was a bayer an was mostly used on foxes DH had him there for a while witch is bitch Vicky come from an a dog called Stan the dog is on the front ov world ov working terriers book or 1 ov DH books people who know ov DH would also know he had him off Ken

don't talk so wet got the best Russells in the country yours are probably bushers looks like in pic 1 smithy was being pushed by a dog behind him in the second pic then looks like a few years later he was the dog behind pushing his friend on in front don't tell me he don't because he do oK. Just spoke to lads on the Russel forum they said smithy was no good

I think DH's dog was Jack, who was by smithy and was bought off Gould, did'nt think he ever had Smithy but could be wrong.
