I wouldn't keep 3 in together mate. There's an old saying kennel three bury one but I'd be reluctant to put 2 in together never mind 3.

8x12ft divided into 3 sections.

In my opinion you should give the dogs as much room as possible but if your restricted or looking at a set size for a medium sized dog that's getting out at least twice a day I would say a run area without sleeping boxes of 10 foot by 4 foot per dog .....

I'd build three kennels mate Depends how much room you have and what design your kennels are going to be and what your budget is if space isn't an issue if build a block of 3 runs at 10 or 12 by 5 foot with a good cabin in each
