Left Handed Bsa Ultra? Or Swap The Bolt To The Left?

Recommended Posts

Might of posted on this in another forum. Skot. I 'think' you can just mirror the bolt so to speak, like turn it round so it's literally the other way... Regarding the pull up and back motion, it's might f'kit up. I thought about doing it with my own SE. I know there is a way. Perhaps the rowan way.

There is a strip guide on AGF if you are a member:

Might help you to see what needs to be done.

From the pics there is something to stop you rotating the bolt in the other direction as you would have to do if you just flipped the bolt handle over. so I don't think it's going to be simple unless you go with Skot's curving upwards bolt.

I mean like the s200 has a 'straight' bolt handle bit.. but the ultra is curved downwards to the right so if you change it round to the left it will curve upwards.. am i making sense? Lol

You are indeed.
