The way the custom charges work is by how much your parcel is worth, so if you message the seller before hand, they will put a lesser value on your parcel to keep the custom charges down. I bought the 320 and 2 dc40 collars off of them and I received them 3 days after, which I couldn't believe it as it came from America. Then about 2 weeks after I got a bill from FedEx for £18 for custom charges a though I live in the north so I wouldn't know about any charges if your from the south. I hope this helps...
